Excellent breakfast options, the food was appetising. Location: the hotel was not far from the airport and Kings Cross centre, a Lidl supermarket, which is open to 10pm on most days and the airport in Poznan. I had some drinks at Symposium, positioned 300 metres away.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a guest room with comfortable bed and a fridge, an electric kettle, and a personal safe. It was quiet, we spent 1 night...

The location was unbeatable, conveniently close to the airport in Poznan and the Kings Cross centre. the Grunwald district was definitely worth visiting. Plus, I enjoyed a sensational breakfast included with my stay!

Warm,efficient and friendly staff. A high standard of accomodation with good food at reasonable prices. Ideal location in relation to the airport and the buses and trams to the city centre.

This place is spacious and well-furnished, featuring a private bathroom, and the delicious food with a wide variety on the menu makes it a great spot.

Little but OK for a two nights stay.

6% difference in price because of local rate of exchange is in principle too much. TV: a shame that they have only one (BBC world ) not polish program; it makes the evenings boaring. A satellite today is at reach of everybody. No lift an stayrs to be made evwen to go to the reception are not friendly.

The value for money at Mat'S was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, especially being near the airport, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety in the morning meal.

From arriving at the hotel to leaving the staff were very helpfull. The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable and the water in your room when you arrived was very much appreciated.The food in the restaurant was well presented and very enjoyable.

Nice hotel, in between the airport and the city centre. Very good position to reach the exhibition.

No shuttle. A bit too expensive for what it offers. I had a room near the entrance and you could hear everything outside.

Room and bathroom were clean and decently-sized. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including hot and cold choices. the hotel's unique decor adds character to the experience.

Some of the walls between the rooms are thin, leading to some noise issues from neighboring guests.

Staff has behaved incorrectly and not very friendly, accusing us (us and our cats) (by means of a slip of paper translated into Italian and a translation obscene, delivered by hand and receptionist in front of other customers) that I had dirtied bed covers with a green spot (which could only be a detergent for cleaning the room) if this had not come on the day I was supposed to repay the whole ... I've cleaned with water in a second ..If had been cat pee would not come easily cleaned, the smell was terrible, instead it was perfumed ...As I cleaned very easily, they could cleaned very easily, and without humiliate and falsely accuse us in front of other customers... Non c'era una televisione internazionale, il personale si è comportato in maniera scorretta e poco cordiale, accusandoci (noi e I nostri gatti ( per mezzo di un fogliettino tradotto in italiano e con una traduzione oscena, consegnatomi dal receptionist in mano e davanti agli altri clienti) di aver sporcato il copriletto con una macchia verde( che poteva essere solamente un detersivo per la pulizia della camera)se questa il giorno non fosse venuta via avrei dovuto ripagare il tutto... L'ho pulita io in un secondo con dell'acqua.. Fosse stata pipì di gatto sarebbe venuta via, e l'odore sarebbe stato pessimo, invece profumava... Come l'ho pulita io potevano farlo loro senza umiliarci davanti agli altri clienti

The hotel had a good location, close to a supermarket and a nice shopping centre, which made it easy to get some essentials and do some shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke English well. The breakfast had good variety, so there was something for everyone's taste.

The noise from the street was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room, which was very frustrating.
